Take a seat.

Registration is open to delegates, chairpersons, press, security and runners. No prior Model UN experience is required for any role — training is provided by the chairs and the Research & Development team before the conference.

Step one

Decide what you are coming as.

Delegate

Represents a country other than your own and argues from its position, not yours. Assigned to one council for both days.

Chairperson

Supervises a council: corrects position papers beforehand, runs every session, and assists delegates throughout. Two per council, one for UNSC.

Press

Covers proceedings across all councils — reporting, photography and the conference record.

Security

Stationed in a council to keep proceedings orderly, and accompanies any delegate who leaves the room. One per council.

Runner

Carries diplomatic notes between delegates and reads them to ensure decorum is maintained in what gets passed around. One per council.

10 chairs will be selected; all other applicants will be considered as delegates.

Step two

What it costs.

The fee covers your council materials — placard, notepad, pen, ID card and certificate — along with catered lunch, in-council breakfast and snacks across both days.

Early bird closes on a date to be announced. The table on the left always shows the rate in effect right now — it changes over by itself the moment early bird ends.

Your registration is only confirmed once the Finance team has matched your payment reference against the account. Keep the reference number you submit below.

Step three

Pay, then record the reference.

Scan the code below with any UPI app and pay the fee for your role. When the payment completes your app will show a UTR or transaction reference number. You need that number for the form — take a screenshot before you close the app.
