Nine rooms.
Every delegate is assigned to one country in one council. Each council carries its own agendas and its own working structure, and each is anchored to the Sustainable Development Goals it exists to advance. Two chairpersons preside over every council except the Security Council, which has one.
All nine councils are listed below.
